We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Finance Manager to support the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of SAP S/4HANA Finance solutions. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and project teams to implement leading-practice finance processes and deliver business value through SAP transformation programs.


What you will do

  • Lead SAP S/4HANA Finance workstreams across implementation and transformation programs.
  • Facilitate Fit-to-Standard workshops and gather business requirements.
  • Design and configure SAP Finance solutions across General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, and Financial Close.
  • Configure organizational structures, chart of accounts, business partners, financial reporting structures, cost centers, and profit centers.
  • Support SAP Fiori adoption, finance analytics, reporting, and process optimization initiatives.
  • Collaborate with MM, SD, Procurement, Treasury, Tax, and Reporting teams to resolve integration challenges.
  • Support data migration, reconciliation, testing (SIT/UAT), cutover, deployment, and hypercare activities.
  • Develop functional specifications and maintain solution design documentation.

What you bring to the role

  • 10+ years of SAP Finance experience with at least 6 years of SAP S/4HANA implementation experience.
  • Hands-on expertise in GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, and Financial Close.
  • Strong understanding of Universal Journal (ACDOCA), Business Partner architecture, Parallel Accounting, and Document Splitting.
  • Experience with SAP Activate methodology and Fit-to-Standard delivery approach.
  • Strong finance integration experience with Procurement, Supply Chain, and Sales processes.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and communication skills.
    SAP S/4HANA Financial Accounting certification and Central Finance / Group Reporting experience are considered assets.

KPMG Ontario Region Pay Range Information

The expected base salary range for this position is $103,000 to $135,000 and may be eligible for bonus awards. The determination of an applicant’s base salary within this range is based on the individual’s location, skills & competencies, and unique qualifications. In addition, KPMG offers a comprehensive and competitive Total Rewards program.

KPMG BC Region Pay Range Information

The expected base salary range for this position is $101,000 to $130,000 and may be eligible for bonus awards. The determination of an applicant’s base salary within this range is based on the individual’s location, skills & competencies, and unique qualifications. In addition, KPMG offers a comprehensive and competitive Total Rewards program.
