We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Bank Reconciliation & Cash Management Manager to lead treasury, banking, liquidity management, and bank reconciliation transformation initiatives within large-scale SAP S/4HANA programs. The role will modernize treasury processes and improve enterprise cash visibility and controls.


What you will do

  • Lead SAP Cash Management and Bank Reconciliation workstreams across transformation programs.
  • Facilitate treasury, finance, executive, and shared services workshops.
  • Design future-state treasury and banking processes aligned with SAP leading practices.
  • Lead solution architecture and configuration for Cash Management, BAM, EBS, Liquidity Planning, Cash Position Reporting, and Treasury Operations.
  • Design and govern bank integrations, SWIFT connectivity, payment processing, and Bank Communication Management (BCM).
  • Build automated reconciliation and exception management processes.
  • Enable enterprise-wide cash visibility, working capital optimization, and treasury analytics.
  • Oversee treasury-related data migration, testing, cutover, deployment, and hypercare support.
  • Manage delivery teams, vendors, and implementation partners.
  • Provide executive-level governance, reporting, and risk management support.


What you bring to the role

  • 10+ years of SAP Finance, Treasury, and Cash Management experience.
  • Minimum 3 full lifecycle SAP implementation or transformation projects.
  • Deep expertise in SAP Cash Management, Bank Reconciliation, EBS, BAM, Liquidity Management, Treasury Operations, and Payment Processing.
  • Strong understanding of banking integrations, working capital management, financial controls, and audit requirements.
  • Experience delivering Greenfield, Brownfield, and Bluefield SAP programs.
  • Strong stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and consulting skills.
  • Experience managing distributed and multi-vendor teams.
  • SAP Treasury or SAP Finance certification is considered an asset.
  • Experience with SAP Signavio, Cloud ALM, and treasury transformation programs is preferred.

KPMG Ontario Region Pay Range Information

The expected base salary range for this position is $103,000 to $135,000 and may be eligible for bonus awards. The determination of an applicant’s base salary within this range is based on the individual’s location, skills & competencies, and unique qualifications. In addition, KPMG offers a comprehensive and competitive Total Rewards program.

KPMG BC Region Pay Range Information

The expected base salary range for this position is $101,000 to $130,000 and may be eligible for bonus awards. The determination of an applicant’s base salary within this range is based on the individual’s location, skills & competencies, and unique qualifications. In addition, KPMG offers a comprehensive and competitive Total Rewards program.
