The Opportunity

As an integral part of the KPMG Team, Business Enablement provides valued, responsive and cost-effective services enabling the business to have the right focus on our clients, our markets, our people, and our communities. You will be reporting to the Immigration Billing team manager.


What you will do

  • Work in a billing team for our Immigration practice assisting partners in the preparation, review and issuance of billings to the firm's clients.
  • Create billing reports as requested for the legal teams and their clients.
  • Upload invoices to the various client portals.
  • Frequent interactions with the Legal teams are required to resolve any billing clarifications.
  • Ensure all billing requests are processed on a timely basis.
  • Proactively engage in interactions in a professional manner with a one team mentality to achieve turnaround targets to ensure a high service level.
  • Work collaboratively to ensure work is completed and efficiencies are implemented.
  • Occasional month end overtime may be required.

What you bring to the role

  • Combination of education/experience in data processing, billing, and business administration.
  • Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong word processing skills and knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Adobe Acrobat etc.
  • Excellent customer service, and interpersonal skills.
  • Law firm and trust experience would be a definite asset.
  • Service and detail oriented, takes pride in completing tasks efficiently and effectively.
  • Post-secondary education in Administration or Business an asset.

KPMG Ontario Region Pay Range Information

The expected base salary range for this position is $ 56,000.00 to $70,000.00 and may be eligible for bonus awards. The determination of an applicant’s base salary within this range is based on the individual’s location, skills & competencies, and unique qualifications. In addition, KPMG offers a comprehensive and competitive Total Rewards program.
