The Senior Specialist acts as the orchestrator for requests, resources, and Risk & Compliance workflows for the entire Platinum Program. The role focuses on ensuring the coordination, prioritization, visibility, and tracking of Risk & Compliance activities, not as a decision-making expert, but as an entry point and operational lead connecting account teams, Risk & Compliance, legal, and firm-wide tools (Engage, Sentinel).

What you will do

Risk & Compliance Program Coordination (Core Role):

  • Serve as the single-entry single-entry point at the program level for Risk & Compliance requests from Platinum Accounts.
  • Coordinate and prioritize CEAC/Sentinel requests with account teams and R&C functions.
  • Track the status, timelines, and dependencies of R&C requests at the program level.
  • Maintain a consolidated view of the program's R&C activities (pipeline, risks, issues, bottlenecks).
  • Facilitate communication and alignment among PAL (Platinum Account Leader), PAM (Platinum Account Manager), account teams, and national/industry R&C functions.

Administrative Oversight and Program Governance:

  • Structure and standardize Risk & Compliance processes for Platinum Accounts (guidelines, templates, best practices).
  • Ensure updated and consistent key information in Engage (structures, contacts, Sentinel Tree) in coordination with relevant teams.
  • Create and maintain R&C tracking dashboards and reports for Platinum Program leadership.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the R&C Support Hub model.

Coordination of Master Service Agreements (MSAs):

  • Coordinate the MSA lifecycle for Platinum Accounts in collaboration with Legal, account partners, and relevant teams.
  • Monitor the statuses of MSAs (active, renewals, amendments) and maintain centralized, up-to-date documentation.
  • Ensure alignment between MSAs, compliance requirements, and opportunities recorded in Engage.
  • Proactively identify and escalate any coordination or compliance issues related to MSAs.

What you bring to the role

  • Experience in coordination, governance, or operations within a professional services environment (Risk & Compliance is an asset).
  • Solid understanding of compliance, independence, and contract management (MSA) processes.
  • Strong cross-functional coordination, tracking, and prioritization skills.
  • Administrative rigor, organizational skills, and proficiency in reporting.
  • Familiarity with firm-wide tools (e.g., Engage, Sentinel) or demonstrated aptitude for learning new systems quickly.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Fluency in French and English is required (specific to Quebec).

This position requires written and oral fluency in English. The successful candidate will be required to support or collaborate with English-speaking colleagues or stakeholders nationally in our English speaking provinces while at KPMG.
