We are seeking a Senior Consultant to contribute to engagements in business intelligence, advanced analytics, and risk management, with a strong focus on data and artificial intelligence–driven transformation.

You will work in complex environments and play a key role in designing and delivering high‑value analytical solutions.


What you will do

  • Independently contribute to data analytics and risk management engagements
  • Design and implement business intelligence and advanced analytics solutions
  • Structure, transform, and analyze complex datasets
  • Perform advanced analytics (anomaly detection, modeling, scenario analysis)
  • Operate in investigation, audit, or forensic contexts
  • Implement analytical and automated processes, as well as data pipelines
  • Promote and integrate artificial intelligence solutions
  • Mentor and support junior consultants
  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders

What you bring to the role

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in analytics, BI, or risk management (Big 4 experience is an asset)
  • Experience with BI and analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
  • Strong command of SQL and experience with programming languages (Python or R)
  • Experience in data engineering and building data pipelines (Azure, Fabric, Databricks)
  • Experience using artificial intelligence solutions and applying them in a business context
  • Ability to deliver engagements independently
  • Capability to mentor and guide junior team members
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong analytical mindset and synthesis skills
  • Ability to operate in complex environments and manage situations with incomplete information
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines and adapt to short‑notice requests
  • Strong client and results orientation

The successful candidate must demonstrate excellent English communication skills (oral and written), including presentation, writing, and the ability to clearly explain complex strategic topics to a wide range of stakeholders, particularly in English‑speaking regions of Canada such as Ontario.
