We are seeking talented and energetic candidates to join our Advisory, Management Consulting team as an Intern/Co-op Consultant working in our Ottawa office starting in September 2026 to December 2026. Positions are available in the following service line:

In the Talent and Change team, we help private and public organizations succeed in major transformations by aligning people, culture, and ways of working with their ambitions. What you bring to the role
FOR CONSULTANT LEVEL:
- You are enrolled in a university degree program (we will be considering candidates from a spectrum of programs such as Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Commerce, etc.)
- You are currently in your third year of study and/or will enter your final year after completing the internship.
- You are a highly motivated individual, enthusiastic about taking on a variety of challenges and opportunities
- You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- You have a strong academic record
- You have the ability to work independently without supervision
- You have strong problem solving and analytical abilities, as well as a proven track record of successfully dealing with competing priorities and deadlines under pressure
- You have a strong sense of personal accountability
- You have an entrepreneurial drive, and are a creative problem solver
KPMG Ottawa Region Pay Range Information: The expected annual base salary for this position is $49,000 - $58,500 and may be eligible for bonus awards. In addition, KPMG offers a comprehensive and competitive Total Rewards program.
