We are looking for a Manager, Change & Adoption to help us drive the successful rollout and adoption of digital solutions across our Tax & Legal practice. In this role, you will ensure that new tools, processes and ways of working are not only launched effectively, but also understood, embraced and embedded into day-to-day workflows.

This role will translate change strategy into practical adoption plans that support both internal practitioners and, where applicable, external users. You will play a key role in ensuring our digital transformation initiatives deliver real value and measurable impact.


What you will do

Change Planning & Execution

  • Lead change management activities for transformation initiatives from discovery through rollout and stabilization
  • Conduct change impact assessments to understand who is affected and how workflows will change
  • Develop and execute adoption plans aligned to transformation priorities
  • Ensure change activities are appropriately scaled based on initiative risk and complexity

Drive Stakeholder Engagement & Readiness

  • Engage stakeholders across the organization to assess readiness and manage expectations
  • Work closely with Digital Transformation teams to incorporate business context into change strategies
  • Identify adoption risks early and escalate when necessary
  • Support leaders in reinforcing key messages and driving behavioural change

Coordinate Training & Enablement

  • Partner with learning teams to design and deliver role-based training programs
  • Ensure training materials are practical, timely, and aligned with real user workflows
  • Coordinate training logistics and reinforce learning after rollout

Deliver Effective Communications

  • Work with communications team to deliver clear, consistent messaging throughout the transformation lifecycle
  • Help users understand why change is happening, not just what is changing
  • Ensure communication timing aligns with release schedules and readiness milestones

Monitor Adoption and Continuous Improvement

  • Track adoption metrics, user feedback and early usage signals following implementation
  • Identify patterns in support issues or adoption challenges
  • Provide insights to Digital Transformation and Product & Engineering teams to improve solutions and rollout approaches

What you bring to the role

  • 5+ years of experience in change management, transformation, enablement or customer success
  • Experience leading adoption or change initiatives for digital or process improvements
  • Ability to work effectively with stakeholders across business and technology teams
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to translate complex change into clear actions
  • Organized and proactive with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Experience in professional services or matrixed environments is an asset

KPMG Ontario Region Pay Range Information

The expected base salary range for this position is $87,500 to $130,500 and may be eligible for bonus awards. The determination of an applicant’s base salary within this range is based on the individual’s location, skills & competencies, and unique qualifications. In addition, KPMG offers a comprehensive and competitive Total Rewards program.
