The Manager, Experience Personalization will report into the Senior Manager, Global Digital Marketing and is responsible for leading website personalization initiatives that enhance user engagement and alignment. This role focuses on developing strategic personalization frameworks, leveraging audience segmentation, and delivering targeted user experiences. Key responsibilities include analyzing user behaviour, managing advanced personalization tools, and ensuring the seamless integration of data systems to execute direct, data-driven strategies.


What you will do

  • Develop and manage the website personalization strategy that aligns with demand generation, account-based marketing (ABM), and sales objectives. Define personalization goals, audience segments, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Build and maintain segmentation frameworks leveraging firmographic, behavioral, and CRM/ABM data while ensuring accurate, unified, and actionable data flows for real-time personalization
  • Collaborate with marketing leadership, marketing ops, content teams, UX/UI designers, IT/Dev teams, and ABM/Demand Gen efforts to integrate and execute personalization across digital platforms
  • Implement and optimize personalization rules across websites, microsites, and product pages while managing targeted content variations to deliver relevant and dynamic user experiences
  • Create and manage targeted content variations (e.g., messaging, CTAs, landing pages) for key segments and campaigns
  • Analyze user behavior, personalization performance, and key metrics through analytics tools (e.g., GA4, heatmaps, session recordings), generating insights and reports to guide decision-making and improve conversions
  • Manage personalization technologies and platforms, including web personalization tools (e.g., Optimizely, Bloomreach, Adobe Target) and Customer Data Platform (CDP), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), or Marketing Automation (MA) integrations (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo) while ensuring adherence to privacy regulations like PIPEDA and CASL and maintaining detailed documentation of rules, data sources, and methodologies

What you bring to the role

  • Over 5 years of experience in digital marketing, analytics, or personalization, with at least 3 years managing website personalization/optimization in a B2B environment
  • Bachelor’s degree, diploma, or equivalent work experience
  • Proven expertise in managing ABM strategies and complex buyer journeys
  • Strong ability to analyze data, generate insights, and make strategic personalization decisions
  • Proficient in creating dashboards, executive-level reports, and measuring ROI through advanced analytics
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as Adobe Target, Optimizely, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics 4, and proficiency in CRM (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo), along with basic HTML/CSS knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills for collaboration across diverse global teams, including the ability to adapt to flexible work hours in different time zones

KPMG Ontario Region Pay Range Information

The expected base salary range for this position is $74,000 to $111,000 and may be eligible for bonus awards. The determination of an applicant’s base salary within this range is based on the individual’s location, skills & competencies, and unique qualifications. In addition, KPMG offers a comprehensive and competitive Total Rewards program.
