  • Support creation and maintenance of process documentation, templates, and standard operating procedures
  • Coordinate with leads on estimation, prioritization, and intake for new operational or project requests
  • Track operational or system-related issues through to resolution, ensuring visibility and structured handoff to relevant teams
  • Identify and monitor risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating when necessary to maintain project momentum

Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as a key communication point for project and operational updates, ensuring clarity and alignment across teams
  • Facilitate meetings with cross-functional groups to discuss progress, risks, and decision points
  • Collaborate across business, technical, and operational teams to gather information, drive alignment, and monitor follow-up actions

Change Management

  • Support preparation and communication of change-related activities, including documentation and impact assessment
  • Coordinate approval workflows associated with changes to processes or systems

Continuous Improvement & Transformation Support

  • Identify opportunities to improve operational workflows, reduce manual effort, and enhance team coordination
  • Provide structured support for cross-functional transformation initiatives, including process mapping, requirement gathering, and stakeholder coordination
  • Contribute to standardizing and evolving operational practices to support scalable, efficient delivery

What you bring to the role

  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, hybrid)
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating cross-functional projects and operational workflows
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
  • Comfort working with project management and collaboration tools
