Overview

At KPMG, you’ll join a team of diverse and dedicated problem solvers, connected by a common cause: turning insight into opportunity for clients and communities around the world.

As the KDN Sales Enablement Lead, you will play a pivotal role in orchestrating high-impact sales pursuits by applying deep consulting services solutions and sales expertise to address a wide range of client requirements, by engaging with KPMG Member Firm stakeholders, and KDN Global Delivery teams to formulate innovative solutions.

You will bring proven expertise in sales enablement, pursuit strategy, and proposal development to help shape winning approaches for complex deals. This role is central to equipping client-facing teams with the tools, insights, and strategies needed to win in competitive markets.

This is a strategic role to scale KPMG global delivery services in support of KPMG Member Firms to provide consulting services to clients. You will work closely with senior KPMG Member Firm stakeholders, solution architects, delivery leads and leadership teams to define pursuit strategies, orchestrate bid responses, and ensure the delivery of high-quality proposals that align with client needs and business objectives

What you will do

  • Lead and coordinate end‑to‑end sales pursuits, including opportunity qualification, bid strategy, proposal development, and orals/demo preparation with cross‑functional teams.
  • Rapidly assess and triage new proposal requests, engaging the right KDN teams and aligning opportunities with capabilities, strategic priorities, and Member Firm needs.
  • Develop compelling win themes and value propositions, ensuring proposals are high‑quality, compliant, and visually engaging while tracking pursuit status, risks, and outcomes.
  • Drive regional sales enablement activities, including roadshows, virtual sessions, marketing initiatives, and GTM campaigns to promote adoption of KDN services.
  • Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date sales pipeline data, ensuring visibility of opportunity status, forecasting, and reporting across the full sales lifecycle.
  • Work closely with Member Firm and Alliance leaders to understand market priorities, shape deal qualification, and improve win rates through strategic pursuit planning

What you bring to the role

  • 7–10 years’ experience in sales pursuits, bid management, or complex proposal leadership within a B2B or SaaS environment.
  • Experience leading complex bids and RFP responses, with strong understanding of sales processes, pursuit methodologies, and proposal best practices.
  • Knowledge of enterprise platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Workday, Cyber, Cloud, Managed Services); proficiency in one or more preferred
  • Background in consulting, Big 4, or Global SI environments, including collaboration with offshore/global delivery teams to shape client solutions
  • Strong commercial and pricing acumen, including Time & Materials and Fixed Price models and contemporary consulting estimation methods.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas, influence leaders, and drive alignment across teams
