  • Develop relationships and partnerships with other KPMG offices

What you bring to the role

  • A bachelor’s degree in business, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered.
  • A CPA designation with 7–10 years of relevant experience and deep technical accounting expertise is considered an asset.
  • Proven background in an accounting or consulting firm, with client-facing responsibilities across diverse industries.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead large, complex workshops and workstreams with confidence and authority.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage client stakeholders, foster collaboration within teams, and drive delivery of project outcomes.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities, with the ability to clearly define issues and develop innovative, practical solutions aligned to client needs.

AI Usage

We embrace the use of artificial intelligence (AI) to enhance the candidate experience and streamline our recruitment processes.
