KPMG’s Transfer Pricing Group helps clients develop robust transfer pricing practices and policies that are tax-efficient while reducing the risk of challenges from revenue authorities. You will join a team of knowledgeable and experienced Transfer Pricing Services professionals, including internationally oriented economists, tax practitioners, accountants, and lawyers, who assist clients in addressing the complexities, issues, challenges, and opportunities that arise from transfer pricing laws and conducting business in multiple jurisdictions.


What you will do

  • Planning and execution of delivery of transfer pricing services to clients ensuring quality and tailoring to unique client needs
  • Contributing to delivery of multi-functional and / or complex solutions offering transfer pricing planning, consulting, and compliance expertise
  • Effectively managing engagement fundamentals (i.e., realization, utilization, collections, expenses)
  • Develop and maintain internal and external relationships and support the growth and profitability of the practice by identifying and capitalizing on opportunities
  • Enhancing technical skills by staying current on transfer pricing trends, new legislative developments, and tax authority decisions, and proactively taking this knowledge to clients to grow the practice
  • Create a learning environment, coach and mentor junior team members to support growth and foster a culture of excellence
  • Assist in shaping and executing focused strategic market initiatives
  • Contribute to strategic planning for the transfer pricing practice and identify opportunities for innovation

What you bring to the role

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Law or related field
    CPA, CFA or similar designation is an asset
  • Completion of the In-depth Tax course is an asset
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in transfer pricing within a consulting environment including leadership responsibilities
  • Deep knowledge of OECD guidelines, BEPS and global tax regulations
  • Advanced proficiency in financial data analysis and modeling
  • Strong analytical, writing and communication skills combined with adaptability and organizational ability
  • Strong client focus and excellent technical and project management skills
  • Experience in business development and contributing to practice growth

KPMG Ontario Region Pay Range Information

The expected base salary range for this position is $130,000 to $180,000 and may be eligible for bonus awards. The determination of an applicant’s base salary within this range is based on the individual’s location, skills & competencies, and unique qualifications. In addition, KPMG offers a comprehensive and competitive Total Rewards program.
