We are looking for a talented individual to join our Technology Risk Management practice as a Senior Consultant, specifically within our Cybersecurity group.

We are currently looking to strengthen our capabilities in the field of business resilience, which is why we are seeking a candidate who will join us on this journey and help grow our practice through their expertise in the subject!


What you will do

• Develop and update Business Continuity Plans (BCP) and Disaster Recovery Plans (DRP).
• Conduct Business Impact Analyses (BIA) and assessments of technological risks.
• Design resilience strategies tailored to hybrid, cloud-based, and on-premises environments.
• Oversee disaster simulation tests, recovery exercises, and compliance audits.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity, infrastructure, and governance teams to ensure integration of resilience practices.
• Advise internal and external clients on best practices, standards (ISO 22301, NIST, etc.), and recovery technologies.
• Draft reports, dashboards, and recommendations for senior management.
• Monitor technological developments related to recovery, backup, and resilience solutions.


What you bring to the role

• University degree in Information Technology, Risk Management, Security, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in business continuity, disaster recovery, or crisis management.
• Strong knowledge of normative frameworks (ISO 22301, ITIL, COBIT, NIST SP 800-34, etc.).
• Experience with backup solutions, virtualization, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
• Ability to work in complex environments and influence stakeholders.
• Relevant certifications (CBCP, MBCI, CISSP, PMP, etc.) are an asset.

The selected candidate must demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present complex strategic topics to a diverse range of stakeholders. They must be able to do so in English, as part of our client base is located in English-speaking regions of Canada, such as Ontario.
