As a part of our Financial Services Risk Management team, you'll be at the forefront of this dynamic service line, driving change and delivering solutions that revolutionize business operations. You’ll help our clients in transformation and innovation efforts: driving growth, reducing costs, and managing risks proactively.
What you will do
FSRM (Financial Services Risk Management) gives our people a unique opportunity to gain practical knowledge of strategic risk management and related transformations across business and risk teams within Banking & Capital Markets, Insurance and Wealth & Asset Management sectors.
We assist our clients to:
Drive efficiency, effectiveness and balanced risk coverage across their governance, risk and compliance activities
Proactively identify, measure, and manage risks and effectively leverage new ideas and technologies in response to continuous change.
Partner with data & analytics and technology teams to deliver strategic and innovative solutions in emerging domains (such as Cloud, Cyber, Climate/ ESG).
Job Requirements and Preferences
Required Qualifications
Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Statistics, Accounting, Management, Computational/Quantitative Finance, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, ensuring clear and effective interactions with team members and clients.
Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with a strong academic background in business and technology disciplines.
An inclusive mindset, where you seek out and embrace diverse perspectives, value differences, and team inclusively to build safety and trust.
Flexibility and readiness to travel and work beyond standard hours when necessary (Ways of Working)
Preferred Qualifications
A demonstrated interest to work in consulting as reflected in relevant course work, organizational involvement, or internships.
Demonstrate a growth-oriented mindset with the ability to innovate and adapt in a dynamic business landscape.
Exhibit intellectual curiosity and a purpose-driven approach to turn challenges into opportunities and drive meaningful change.

What we offer
We offer a competitive compensation package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to our business. The salary range for this job, in the US, is $78,000-$88,000. Individual salaries are based on education, geographic location, and alignment to the market data.
