We are looking for a motivated colleague for a 6-month internship in our M&A Lead Advisory team in Zurich, starting in January 2025.
As a member of one of the leading mid-market M&A teams in Switzerland, Europe, and globally, you will have the opportunity to work on high-profile sell- and buy-side M&A transactions with corporate clients, entrepreneurs, and financial sponsors. During this exceptional opportunity, you will gain hands on experience on various projects with a steep learning curve.

Your key responsibilities:

In-depth industry and company analyses;

Preparation of potential buyer and target lists;

Company valuations using market and comparable transaction multiples and the DCF method;

Preparation of transaction documents such as information memorandum, teaser, management presentation;

Support in the due diligence process.
Skills and attributes for success:
-
Advanced stages of Bachelor’s degree (minimum 4 semesters) or Master’s degree with excellent academic track record in business administration, finance, economics, etc.;

First experience in relevant fields, ideally in M&A (M&A boutique, investment banking, Big Four) or in private equity, investment management, transaction diligence, etc.;

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English AND German;
-
Proficiency in Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.);

Exceptional analytical abilities and strong organizational skills;
-
Strong decision-making skills with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment;

Collaborative team player with a proactive mindset.
