The opportunity

EY’s Brand & Marketing (“B&M”) pillar sets the strategy and oversees all aspects of EY’s external brand manifestation, brand management, visual identify, brand reputation, social media, public relations, paid media, creative planning, and digital marketing platform areas. The Global Brand Project Coordinator role requires strong project management experience, excellent organization skills, agility, and resilience to manage conflicting priorities and work in a complex environment, and great team spirit.

Your key responsibilities

In this role, you will be a key player with EY’s Global Brand Team, responsible for coordinating creative development and production processes around the internal strategy launch and brand refresh programmes of work. This involves, paid media/advertising plans, strategic derivation, and projects in a field of Brand Architecture and Visual Identity. You will do this by working in close connectivity virtually with colleagues around the world, including external marketing/creative/advertising agencies.

Skills and attributes for success

  • Marketing background non-negotiable. This is a specialist marketing (Brand, Marketing & Communications) role.
  • Outstanding organization skills.
  • Agile, dynamic, and effective project management skills.
  • Able to translate complex concepts and ideas into sound project plans.
  • Demonstrates effective stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in managing and overseeing logging and tracking status of actions and responsibility of leading the teams reporting efforts.
  • Experience in meeting administration.
  • Experience in budget, vendor management and/ or operations.
  • Deep understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and their practical application in different contexts.
  • Sound judgment and ability to manage ambiguity, conflicting priorities, and the political aspects of change.
  • Smart presentation and writing skills.
  • Has a global mindset and understands communicating across different cultures, languages, and time zones.
  • Demonstrates self-awareness and is result-oriented. Proactive, forward looking, and unafraid to take initiative or ask questions.
  • A strong team player, comfortable working collaboratively, virtually, and independently.
  • Able to work in a high pace, fluid environment and be agile and comfortable with tight deadlines.

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • 10+ years of project management.
  • Marketing experience (on agency side highly desirable)
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
  • Advanced skills in MS Office.
  • Able to work effectively with co-located, global teams.

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Agency management experience.
  • Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional), certification in Change Management or Design Thinking are highly desirable.
  • Experience in global professional services.
  • Experience in budget, vendor management and/or operations.
