The opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Finance Manager to join our dynamic team. Reporting directly to the Baltic CFO, this international position within our internal finance function supports the EY Baltic practices in Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of financial systems and processes, leadership skills and the ability to deliver enhancement projects.

Your key responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor a team of Service Line Controllers, providing guidance on strategic direction and fostering a culture of excellence.
• Oversee and plan financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial control and reporting to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Lead complex strategic finance projects aimed at reducing complexity, automating tasks, streamlining operations, and enhancing productivity.
• Leverage technology to develop financial dashboards that drive business decisions and improve financial performance.
• Enhance the utilization of available financial tools and systems to optimize financial operations.
  

Attributes to thrive in the role

• 5 years of experience in finance, analytics, or related fields.
• Proven team player with the ability to lead team members and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Experience with data analysis and Power BI dashboards, along with outstanding knowledge of MS Excel and large data sets.
• Strong understanding of financial processes, including budgeting, reporting, cost analysis, and closing procedures.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and drive efficiency through process improvement.
