As our Wellington Workplace Services Supervisor, you will be accountable for the service delivery of workplace services for the Wellington office, ensuring alignment with business needs and expectations whilst delivering consistent and exceptional customer service.

  • Working with a dynamic and talented team you will be energised by their enthusiasm for continuing to drive a positive and special working experience for EY staff
  • Working closely with Partners Leaders to ensure the service delivered is not only fit for purpose but is dynamic enough to change and shift into newer ways of working

  • Be innovative, curious and seek continuous improvement, with a growth mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on transparency
  • Displays a strong level of accountability and holds the team to the same standard.
  • 3+ years‘ experience in a similar role within a professional services firm or medium to large corporate environment and/or
