Business Advisor, Business Consulting - Finance (Core Banking Operations) (Financial Services Office) (Senior) (Multiple Positions) (1512716), Ernst & Young U.S. LLP, Greenville, SC.

Assist clients and managers with identifying, assessing, evaluating and designing systems and procedures and preparing reports to help companies operate more efficiently and effectively. Conduct studies to analyze organizational changes and improve efficiency, reduce costs, and increase revenues. Provide technical guidance and share knowledge with team members with diverse skills and backgrounds. Consistently deliver quality client services focusing on more complex, judgmental and/or specialized issues. Demonstrate technical capabilities and professional knowledge. Learn about EY and its service lines and actively assess and present ways to apply knowledge and services.

Full time employment, Monday – Friday, 40-45 hours per week, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Management, Engineering, or a related field and 2 years of related work experience. Employer will accept a 3 or 4 year degree. Alternatively, will accept a Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Management, Engineering, or related field and 1 year of related work experience.

Must have 1 year of experience working in the financial services industry, specifically in the lending space (core banking, mortgage, consumer, auto, or credit cards).

Must have 1 year of experience implementing change initiatives for leading corporations.

Must have 1 year of consulting experience in the financial services industry.

Must have 1 year of experience in at least one of the following:
- Process design
- Gap analysis
- Vendor selection
- Target Operating Modeling

Must have 1 year of experience assessing and diagnosing financial services industry processes.

Must have 1 year of experience in at least one of the following:

- Definition of business and process requirements
- Design of business and process architecture
- Process design and implementation support
- Process selection and proof of concept
- Data mapping and conversion
- Quality assurance and testing
- Business and process reengineering
- Program/project management and implementation planning (PMO).

Must have 1 year of project experience in at least 1 of the following areas:

- Business rules/business process management automation/workflow
- Document management automation
- Enterprise application integration
- Package implementation
- Reconciliation redesign or improvement

Requires travel up to 70%, of which 10% may be international, to serve client needs.
