Facility and Administration Assistant

The opportunity

We are looking for a candidate for the Facility and Administration Assistant position for the workplace enablement services (WES) team of a dynamically developing, EY Global Delivery Services office in Budapest. If you are committed and engaged to work in Facility management, combined with administration field, enjoy helping to resolve problems and to provide our colleagues with a smoothly working back office, we have a perfect place for you. The role works within a fast-changing environment taking place to the various processes. This is an opportunity to broaden your experience with challenging your existing skills working within a large and multi country organization.

Your key responsibilities

You will be responsible for assisting the day-to day operation of the office and associated equipment. In this role you will be also assisting administration projects, processes, policies, and procedures. Additionally, maintains a safe and effective working environment.

As a part of WES team:

  • Assisting the WES Team Supervisor in providing insights to the business
  • Responsible for the office orders and purchases, cooperation with suppliers, service providers
  • Working with company cars, involved in Fleet management
  • Responsible for the mobile phones register
  • Managing and tracking office correspondence
  • Actively participating in the operational tasks of the office
  • Assistance of event management and the corporate meetings and visits
  • Cooperating closely with other departments
  • Demonstrating strong customer services skills and building effective working relationships
  • Performing of other tasks assigned by the Management including ad-hoc issues will be another part of your job

Skills and attributes for success

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Knowledge of English and Hungarian
  • Excellent organization and communication skills
  • Intermediate Excel Skills will be definitely an advantage
  • Willingness and ability to look for improvements in our daily routine (attitude towards technological change) will be very important
  • Being a pro-active, determined person and having a creative attitude will be also an advantage
  • Abilities to solve problems, set priorities and organize your own working time would be important success factors in this role

What we look for

We are interested in hiring a professional with knowledge and experience within facility and administration field. Having experience in similar services or position, would be very welcome.
