POSITION OVERVIEW


We are seeking a business- and CRM process–oriented Product Owner to contribute to the CRM Evolution program.


The person will play a key role in planning, executing, and governing CRM testing activities, as well as in the functional evolution of the platform to support projects within the BDC portfolio.


As Product Owner, you will be responsible for maximizing business value delivered by ensuring alignment between business unit needs, sales and customer relationship management processes, and technology deliveries. Your contribution will have a direct impact on the quality, stability, and adoption of CRM solutions.

CHALLENGES TO BE MET
• Define, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog based on business value, risks, and operational impacts.
• Define and lead the CRM testing strategy, including planning, execution, defect management, and Go / No Go recommendations.
• Work closely with IT, QA, and business stakeholders to ensure high-quality deliveries.
• Support projects within the BDC portfolio requiring CRM changes, including functional enhancements.
• Translate business needs related to sales and customer management processes into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Ensure effective communication on progress, issues, and priorities.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Owner or Senior Business Analyst.
• Strong business orientation with a solid understanding of CRM processes, particularly sales and customer relationship management.
• Experience working in an Agile / Scrum environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of BDC sales and customer management processes: a strong asset.
• Bilingualism in French and English.
