POSITION OVERVIEW
As a Client Support Coordinator you deliver outstanding customer service to BDC clients by meeting their individual needs. You are particularly responsible for performing office activities efficiently, and you demonstrate team spirit and collaboration by providing administrative support to the members of your team. The incumbent is responsible for providing high-quality client service to the BDC Financing team in resolving core issues, all relevant related documents, obtaining the necessary signatures and following up with clients. You will also perform various administrative tasks and provides support to the team in the area.
CHALLENGES TO BE MET
In a typical week, you would:
Exercise your analytical skills by actively participating in developing a client portfolio to develop innovative value-added solutions that meet clients' needs and uncover financing opportunities.
Performing administrative duties such as collecting financial statements, preparing loan documents, and administrative and legal letters and contracts. You would use your exceptional organizational skills to ensure the accuracy of information, prepare documents and forms and provide efficient follow-up.
Assisting commercial account managers with loan origination activities, including Know Your Client (KYC) procedures.
Contribute to marketing initiatives by organizing events, campaigns, and activities. This includes preparing marketing communications and providing on-site logistical support.
Contribute to on-site premise/branch management, maintenance and support.
Supporting prospecting efforts and business development initiatives.
Enjoy managing multiple projects to support our internal teams and initiatives.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
You are described as someone who is highly organized, enjoys collaborating with others, and able to prioritize effectively to meet deadlines.
Backed by your experience in customer service, you are someone who’s able to take initiative and knows how to listen to uncover opportunities and identify unmet customer needs.
You have the capacity to adapt to different situations and thrive in a dynamic environment.
You have a bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
You have an eye for detail and are highly accountable.
You have excellent communication skills in English. French is an asset.
Previous banking experience is an asset.
Locations: Downtown Vancouver, Coquitlam, North Vancouver, Burnaby, Richmond, Surrey, Abbotsford, Kelowna, Victoria.
