POSITION OVERVIEW

The student supports the Quebec Financing team with the following elements:

  • Administrative tasks, including collecting financial statements, administering accounts, managing documents, etc.

  • Support our account managers during client visits.

  • Contribute to marketing initiatives by organizing events, campaigns, and activities. This includes preparing marketing communications and providing on-site logistical support.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Good organizational skills and the ability to prioritize to meet critical deadlines

  • Great motivation and determination

  • Be curious and have a willingness to learn

  • Ability to work independently

  • Good interpersonal skills

  • A flexible and cooperative individual who is detail-oriented and committed to accuracy

You must have completed at least one year in a post-secondary program. A valid driver's license may be required.
