POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a Cybersecurity Business Partner (CBP) to join our Business & Product Security team. The CBP will be assigned to product families within InfoSec and Infrastructure services domains. CBP acts as a key partner and primary point of contact for product family leaders regarding cybersecurity. CBP ensures initiatives comply with security policies and standards, supporting business goals. Generally, the CBP oversees the security posture of his/her assigned product families and coordinates with all relevant stakeholders to manage cybersecurity risks.

The CBP will also serve as the AI Security Enabler for the Business & Product Security team. In this role, the CBP works closely with internal stakeholders — including data scientists, data governance, InfoSec governance, architects, and business leaders — as well as his/her owns team, to evolve our practices and frameworks for addressing AI security risks. The CBP brings deep expertise to the team, helping to build knowledge, guide decision-making, and tackle complex AI security challenges.

CHALLENGES TO BE MET

  • Support LOBs/Product Families and IT teams by providing advice on cybersecurity requirements related to emerging technologies, digital transformation, cloud solutions, AI implementations and third-party vendors

  • Drive adoption of security controls and compliance

  • Identify and analyze cybersecurity risks and perform threat modeling where necessary

  • Develop and communicate metrics and reporting to illustrate the security posture to LOBs

  • Empower squad teams to become autonomous in their security oversight

  • Focuses mainly on the mission of critical assets and sensitive data.

  • Collaborate with cybersecurity analysts to integrate AI solutions into existing security infrastructure (e.g., SIEM, SOAR, IDS/IPS).

  • Evaluate and mitigate risks associated with adversarial AI and model poisoning.

  • Develop, document and maintain an AI framework to help address the evolving risks associated with the global adoption of AI

  • Communicate complex AI concepts and model outcomes to non-technical stakeholders, including executives and regulators.

  • Stay current with advancements in AI, finance, and regulatory technology (RegTech).

  • Ensure AI models are explainable, auditable, and aligned with security and compliance standards.

  • Perform other related tasks.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • At least 10 years of IT experience, including 5 years in the field of security

  • CISSP certification, an asset

  • Leadership, autonomy, rigor, spirit of synthesis and discretion

  • Team spirit and interpersonal skills

  • Sense of priorities and understanding of problems, of criticality and of the impact

  • Strong experience with the Windows platform

  • Experience with AI technologies

  • Good knowledge of cloud models (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS)

  • Experience in security applied to IaaS services (Azure, AWS)

  • Ability to share information with peers and transfer knowledge

  • Ability to manage multiple requests and priorities head-on

  • Ability to translate theoretical aspects into tactical realities and specificities of IT operations and to integrate these theoretical elements into this reality

  • Ability to communicate effectively in both official languages (French and English)
