POSITION OVERVIEW

The Identity Access Management Analyst is responsible for the activities to maintain and create access requests for BDC applications and systems. All deviations from compliance and safety requirements must be identified and brought to the attention of the manager.

The incumbent is also responsible for collaborating with all business units to ensure compliance with the governance framework.

CHALLENGES TO BE MET

  • Ensure and strengthen the integrity of access to BDC's resources by implementing the security system in place to process requests for new hires, transfers, terminations and special privileges in a timely manner

  • Participate in the resolution of access problems

  • Contribute to the updating of identity and access management procedures

  • Identify the owners of BDC's systems and data environments and participate in the assignment of roles and access in accordance with general guidelines

  • Ensure the integration of data from the user access management tool

  • Participate in establishing and documenting processes and procedures, ensuring compliance with them, and managing user access appropriately and efficiently

  • Investigate and analyze root causes, patterns, or trends, and help identify and implement corrective actions as appropriate.

  • Develop and maintain a strong and positive working relationship with the risk management and information technology (IT) functions

  • Assist management in identifying non-compliance in access identity management

  • Perform other duties as assigned

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Training in information technology, access identity management, business administration, or any other relevant field, with access identity management courses or identity management certifications is an asset

  • At least 3 years of experience in information technology and identity management

  • Strong knowledge of best practices in identity management is an asset

  • Experience in analysis and investigation.

  • Banking experience preferred

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND COMPETENCIES

  • French and English, written and verbal communication skills, including the development and presentation of presentations

  • Demonstrable competence and experience in explaining complex information concepts and technologies and identity management in cybersecurity mode to both technical and non-technical audiences, executives and executives.

  • Demonstrable knowledge of identity management processing policies and behaviors.

  • Responsive and agile approach to managing changing priorities

  • Effective negotiation and communication skills with different levels of the organization

  • Certification de l’industrie pertinente, comme Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM) et Certified Identity Management Professional (CIMP), un atout

  • Good understanding and knowledge of identity and access management processes and industry trends

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

  • Client-centric approach

  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team

  • Ability to make informed decisions and exercise judgment on operating procedures and projects

  • Ability to interact and communicate effectively with employees in operational and technology functions

  • Good time management

  • Excellent administrative and organizational skills

  • Interest and ability to discover new technologies
