About the Role:
As a Bilingual Business Development Manager, you will play a vital role in growth strategy, identifying and securing new business opportunities in underserved territories, with a focus on the Quebec customer base. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will collaborate with sales teams to drive revenue growth and deliver tailored solutions to clients.

Responsibilities:
- Innovate and Win: Craft dynamic strategies to acquire new accounts and build lasting partnerships.
- Lead the Charge: Generate leads through proactive cold calling, networking, and engaging events.
- Solve and Sell: Identify customer needs, recommend tailored solutions, and drive automation sales.
- Pipeline Power: Maintain a robust pipeline of prospects and seamlessly transition accounts to local representatives.
- Stay Ahead: Identify opportunities, track trends, and analyze competitor activity to stay ahead of the curve.
- Target Underserved Markets: Focus exclusively on new business development in untapped territories.
- Account Transition: Seamlessly transition accounts to local reps once growth threshold is met.
- Bilingual: French/English fluency required for Quebec market engagement.
- Travel Ready: Significant travel, starting with 50% overnight travel, potentially reducing to 30%.
- Flexible Deal Sizes: Deals range from $50 to $20,000+, with an average size of $1,000 and short sales cycles.
- Clean Driving Record
- Base Salary: $95,000 to $105,000
- Commission: Up to 33% (or potentially higher, uncapped earnings)
