The role: Inside Sales Manager
Function: Team leadership of inbound sales team
Downtown Toronto, in-office position
Our client is a niche provider of HR solutions, targeted to supporting the needs of small businesses globally. With an array of services available, they can uniquely offer their clients a customized solution that both protects and supports the growth of a small business. In 2017, they expanded operations into North America with headquarters based in Toronto.
Our client is looking to bring on an Inside Sales Manager to lead a team of 5 inbound sales consultants. This role will give you the opportunity to develop and nurture a team of both tenured and new inside sales consultants.
Working with the inside sales team and senior management, you’ll manage, motivate and coach the team in booking sales opportunities for our field sales team. With the ability to assist the team in CRM and data management, and a passion for campaigns to boost performance, you’ll help take this team to the next level. We’re looking for someone who can drive and inspire sales activity and performance, remain approachable and supportive to develop a successful inside sales team.

Requirements:
- 5 years’ experience in managing a sales team, with prior experience in a sales role, either face to face or over the phone sales.
- Be a confident communicator and able to bring your personality to the floor. This role is all about creating an office ‘buzz’.
- Be ambitious and be driven by your teams success.
- Have the resilience and confidence to learn from your peers and apply that in your daily management.
- You'll have the ability to work successfully in a target-based environment.
Compensation:
- Base salary of $70,000 with an opportunity to grow as the
business grows. - Realistic first year earnings are $100,000 OTE with our bonus scheme for Inside Sales Managers.
