The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and skilled in both event logistics and community management.Key Responsibilities:- Plan, organize, and execute virtual and in-person events for clients.- Manage event logistics, including venue coordination, vendor relations, and scheduling.- Provide on-site event support to ensure smooth execution.- Develop and execute community engagement strategies to drive member participation and loyalty.- Coordinate and manage membership programs, networking opportunities, and partnerships.- Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders and identify new collaboration opportunities.- Manage day-to-day communication with community members, responding to inquiries and facilitating discussions.- Track and report on event and community engagement performance metrics to assess impact and refine strategies.Qualifications:- 3+ years of experience in event planning, community management, or program coordination.- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives.- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.- Ability to think strategically while handling day-to-day execution.- Experience with event logistics, vendor management, and community engagement platforms.
