If you are passionate about digital marketing, community engagement, and sustainability—and want to grow with an exciting startup transforming car sharing in high-rise communities—we would love to connect with you.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase user acquisition and engagement.- Manage community engagement initiatives, building relationships with residents and key stakeholders.- Plan and implement social media campaigns, email marketing, and content strategies to foster an active user base.- Analyze marketing and engagement metrics, using insights to optimize campaigns and improve performance.- Represent the company in community discussions, online forums, and local events to enhance brand visibility.- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure messaging and branding consistency across all channels.Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree (minimum) in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.- Must be a Canadian Citizen or Immigrant, 31 years old or younger (as per our hiring grant requirements).- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, community engagement, or related fields.- Strong understanding of social media management, content creation, and digital advertising.- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.- Ability to analyze data and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.We welcome applicants of all backgrounds and value a diverse set of experiences and perspectives.
