In order to be considered, your application must clearly explain how you meet the following (essential qualifications)
Education:
Ed1. Secondary school diploma.
Experience :
Ex1: Experience of at least one (1) year in the provision of administrative support services* in various administrative tasks.
*While not exhaustive, the provision of administrative support services could include: processing of travel requests, financial processing (invoice, purchase orders, etc.), processing of correspondence, preparation of contextual documents for meetings, etc. The nature, scope and relevance of experience will determine whether or not this qualification is met.

Assets are qualifications that are not essential to do the job, but would benefit the organization or improve the work to be done now or in the future.
Education (assets) :
AEd1. Diploma of collegial studies (DCS) or Attestation of collegial studies (ACS) or Diploma of vocational studies (DVS) or other diploma, in office administration.
AEd2. Diploma of collegial studies (DCS) or Attestation of collegial studies (ACS) or Diploma of vocational studies (DVS) or other diploma, in Finance / Accounting.
Experience (assets) :
AEx1. Experience in the provision of administrative support to management.
AEx2. Experience in the use of an Enterprise Resource Planning software (such as SAP).
AEx3. Work experience in informatics support or document management or information management.
AEx4. Experience in the provision of administrative services in one or more of the following areas :
- Procurement
- Human Resources
- Property management
- Construction
- Security
- Management of intellectual property
- Legal services
- Finance (such as but not limited to : processing of the complete accounts payable cycle - recording and monitoring of commitments in the financial system, receipt of the invoice, verification of supporting documents, entry of the payment request in the financial system, preparation and entry of journal vouchers, among others).
