Duties
Collecting and processing samples from calves.
Performing immunological assays.
Interpreting and analyzing data.
Writing manuscripts.

Information you must provide
Your résumé.
In order to be considered, your application must clearly explain how you meet the following (essential qualifications)
Education:
Currently enrolled in a Master's program in a recognized post-secondary academic institution with specialization in: Animal or Veterinary Science.
Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science
Experience:
Experience in performing statistical analysis.
Significant experience in scientific writing – publications in peer-reviewed journals.
*Significant refers to having one to two peer-reviewed journal publications (research articles or reviews).

Information on language requirements
Knowledge:
Knowledge in cattle management.
Knowledge in immunology and physiology.
Knowledge of methodologies used to evaluate host immune responses.
Knowledge of scientific information and trends relating to cattle immunology research.
Competencies:

Goal-oriented and independent
Abilities:
Ability to write different scientific documents (eg: manuscripts for peer-reviewed journals, conference abstracts, technical reports).
Ability to deliver scientific presentations.
Ability to work with live animals.
