The Real Estate and Land Development Group at Lerners is looking for an Associate to join our London office. This position requires a minimum of 3 days in the office per week.

The ideal applicant will have 1-4 years of experience, is eager to join a team of high performers, and take on business development and growth opportunities. Experience in commercial and residential real estate transactions and financing, subdivision and condominium development, land use planning and municipal law services would be an asset and a demonstrated track record of providing excellent client service is a must.

Salary:

Target Hiring Range: $100,000 - $160,000.

Commensurate with skill level, years of experience, and aligned with internal and market equity.
