Lerners is seeking an Administrative Services Coordinator to support the Administrative Services team in the Toronto, Ontario office. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience working in a similar position. The primary duties include print and distribution, front desk coordination, records management, facilities support, as well as various other administrative tasks. This is an in-office position and requires a commitment to coming into the office five (5) days a week.

Lerners is seeking an Administrative Services Coordinator to support the Administrative Services team in the Toronto, Ontario office. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience working in a similar position. The primary duties include print and distribution, front desk coordination, records management, facilities support, as well as various other administrative tasks. This is an in-office position and requires a commitment to coming into the office five (5) days a week.
Primary Responsibilities
- Processing mail and couriers
- Processing reproduction requests
- Front desk coordination
- Provide back up to the Facilities Boardroom Coordinator
- Performing quality control inspections
- Scanning documents
- Liaise with litigation support and legal teams
- Manage digital and physical files
- Responsible for file creation, retention, and destruction in line with firm policies
- Manage off site store services
- Provide paper-lite support
- Control access to corporate documents and evidence
- Perform other duties and tasks as assigned
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a file clerk, copy center, receptionist an asset
- College diploma or university degree in related field an asset
- Basic knowledge of records management an asset
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Suite
- The ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced team
- Time management, organization skills, and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- The functions of this role requires an assigned back up. Vacation time will need to be set in accordance with your back up.
- Sitting for extended periods of time
- Capable of light to moderate lifting throughout the day
- Flexibility to work overtime if requested
- Working within a professional office setting
