We are looking for a Senior Structural Bridge Engineer to join our Transportation Structures team in Ontario, supporting some of the province’s most complex and high‑profile infrastructure programs.

As a senior technical leader, you will play a key role in shaping bridge and structural solutions across transit, rail, and municipal infrastructure. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and delivery partners, influencing decisions from early planning through design, construction, and lifecycle management.

This role can be based in Mississauga, Toronto, Markham, or Whitby, with a hybrid work model.

Working with an energetic and high performing team, this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in:

  • Coordinate with other disciplines to deliver high‑quality, integrated designs
  • Interface with clients, agencies, rail authorities, utilities, and contractors
  • Support construction through reviews, site support, and resolution of technical issues

Mentorship and Knowledge Sharing

  • Provide hands‑on guidance, mentoring, and technical oversight to junior and intermediate staff
  • Contribute to internal best practices, guidance documents, and technical forums
  • Share lessons learned and help shape the future of the Bridges practice in Canada

What you’ll bring to the team:
