Who are we looking for?
Our Property & Buildings team in Western Canada is growing, and we are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex, multidisciplinary projects across commercial, institutional, industrial, and public-sector facilities. This role can be based in Vancouver, Calgary or Edmonton, with flexibility to support regional clients and projects.
Working with an energetic and high-performing team, this position offers a variety of opportunities and will see you involved in:
Leading the end-to-end delivery of multidisciplinary facilities projects, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, quality, and client expectations are met or exceeded
Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, building trusted relationships through clear communication and a solutions-oriented approach
Assembling and lead high-performing internal project teams, fostering collaboration across engineering and specialist disciplines
Applying strong project management fundamentals to proactively manage schedules, resources, risks, and financial performance
Leading project kick-offs, internal coordination meetings, and client touchpoints to maintain alignment and momentum
Identifying project risks and opportunities early, implementing mitigation strategies that protect project outcomes and client relationships
Supporting business development and winning-work activities, including proposal development, scope definition, work planning, and fee estimation
Contributing to repeat business by identifying follow-on work and value-added services during project execution
Demonstrating a high level of ownership, accountability, and professionalism in all aspects of project delivery
What will you bring to the team:
8+ years of experience in project management within property, buildings, facilities, industrial, or infrastructure-related environments
Experience working in a consulting or professional services environment delivering multidisciplinary building design/construction projects
Post-secondary education in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field
Formal or practical training in project management principles (PMP certification considered an asset but not required)
Strong commercial awareness, including an understanding of cost control, risk management, and profitability
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build credibility with clients, project teams, and business leaders
Confidence navigating discussions related to scope, schedule, cost, and change management
Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (scheduling, financial tracking, reporting, document management)
Willingness to travel occasionally to client sites as required
Professional designation (e.g., P.Eng.) is considered an asset but is not required for this role.
