Due to continuing growth, we are seeking a recent graduate for a Water/Wastewater Process Engineer. Location is flexible.
This position will provide you with the opportunity to join our innovative, supportive, and dynamic water group. You will be working on a variety of infrastructure projects for both public and private clients including water and wastewater pumping station design, water and wastewater treatment design, asset management, infrastructure inspections and assessments, and construction administration and inspection.

Responsibilities:
- Collect, summarize and interpret data collected as part of the field investigations and monitoring studies with guidance from senior design team members
- Develop detailed design documents including technical drawings, specifications, calculations and contract documents with guidance from senior design team members
- Develop, coordinate and implement field investigation programs performed by subcontractors or internal technicians and other field personnel
- Technical report drafting and development including inspections and assessments, asset management, health and safety, environmental assessments, and detailed design reports
- Potential for construction management activities including on-site inspections, sampling, troubleshooting, and construction commissioning support
- Assessment and design of industrial wastewater treatment systems such as well as municipal wastewater treatment facilities
- Support with permitting & compliance reports for industrial and municipal projects.
- Perform process analysis and process modeling under the guidance of senior engineers including input data analysis and model calibration
Experience, Qualifications and Responsibilities:
- Strong technical report writing and communication skills
- Strong computer skills including experience with the Microsoft suite.
- Experience and interest in infrastructure projects with a focus on water and wastewater systems
- Bachelor of Applied Science in Engineering (Environmental, Civil or Mechanical)
- 0.5-2 years of relatable experience, ideally on design or construction of municipal drinking water or wastewater systems
- Working towards P.Eng. license (eligible to proceed with application for P.Eng. once experience qualifications, etc, are met)
