Who are we looking for?
We're looking for a Senior Protection and Control Engineer to join our Energy Group to deliver high-quality projects for our internal, existing, and new clients.
Working with an energetic and high performing team, this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in but not limited to:
- Manage design stakeholders to further best-for-project outcomes. Lead technical delivery teams.
- Define the scope of substation projects with a focus on the secondary component, substation protection and control, design technical solutions, and lead project / design teams to deliver those solutions to meet the needs of our clients.
- Work in close collaboration with colleagues across service lines.
- Undertake peer reviews of designs completed by others within the discipline.
- Act as Project Manager for medium-sized projects, responsible for project documentation (scope of work etc.) and managing client interactions.
- Proactively manage scope deviations and promptly advise the project team of impact against current working agreements.
- Plan, lead and coordinate resources and ensure project technical & commercial outcomes and client expectations are met
What you will bring to the team:
- 10 or more years of experience in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Registered/licensed/chartered Engineer status if the job requires.
- Extensive knowledge of applicable standards, and familiarity with industry best practice.
- A track record for delivering exceptional client experience, and an eye for business development opportunities.
- Relevant on-site credentials.
- Sound knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, ETAP etc.
This job offer can be based either in Makati, or Quezon City, depending on your home base/location.
