The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $75,000 - $165,000 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.

Tasks and Qualifications:

What You Will Do In This Role:

  • Lead and coordinate a portfolio of solution development efforts across a business area, function, or vertical market

  • Lead and encourage collaboration, accountability, and high performance

  • Plan, assign, and optimize resources for solution requests to meet quality, cost, and timeline expectations

  • Actively monitor and balance team workload, ensuring sustainable delivery and strong outcomes

  • Contribute to workforce planning, including identifying, requesting, and justifying staffing changes

  • Partner with customers and internal collaborators by participating in customer meetings as needed

  • Support execution of the annual business plan and drive progress toward quarterly objectives and key results

  • Maintain a disciplined reporting cadence, providing clear access to project status, risks, and performance

  • Lead the team using agile and iterative delivery methods passionate about value creation

  • Provide ongoing mentoring and development through regular 1:1 and team sessions

  • Drive LEAN problem-solving initiatives to improve project execution, team efficiency, and processes

  • Take full accountability for team deliverables, ensuring commitments are met

  • Build transparency around capacity, priorities, and progress

  • Develop current and future leaders by building both technical and leadership capability

What We Are Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

  • 5+ years of demonstrated people leadership preferred

  • Demonstrated knowledge of, or exposure to, varying provincial regulatory requirements across Canada, especially Ontario, British Columbia, Alberta, & Quebec

  • A leader who can prioritize and champion must-win opportunities

  • A strong emphasis on providing high-quality, competitive solutions

  • Ability to ensure team capability and capacity align with evolving business needs

  • Dedication to full transparency throughout the entire Solution Development process for each opportunity

  • Passion for growing talent, expanding skills, and building long-term team capability
