The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $104,250 - $152,900 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.

Tasks and Qualifications:

What You Will Do In This Role:

  • The candidate will be responsible for managing the pre-commissioning resource function of installation.
  • The role includes the growth, development, and sustaining of all pre-commissioning activities related to the business unit needs.
  • This role includes overseeing all resource allocation, both Mechanical and Electrical Pre-Commissioning.
  • The candidate will be responsible for assessing the department's capacity to accept new projects, assisting with hiring decisions, and helping train new team members. This role requires a balance of tactical, strategic, and leadership initiatives for the current and future needs of the Installation Resources Organization.
  • Experience in professionally allocating resources to new business projects.
  • Strong communication, organizational mindset, and transforming strategy to KPIs/Roadmaps.

What We Are Looking For:

  • 3+ Years Management Experience
  • BS Degree or Additional Years Experience
  • Ideal candidate will have engineering commissioning experience
