You will play a key role in ensuring that all projects within the regional area meet sold specifications and customer requirements. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining consistent adherence to both Global and EMEA standards and processes. The monthly pay range for this role is estimated to be €4330-6325 gross (final compensation will be determined based on your competencies and experience).

Tasks and Qualifications:
What will you do in this role?
Lead and develop high-performing Regional System Engineering team through a clear direction and effective people management.

Accountable for ensuring all projects in allocated region follow pre-sales process:
Assessment and approval of every sales proposal for LOA compliance at Market Lead level.
Production of compliant testing section for all regional sales proposals.
Completion of pre-flight checklist for all sales projects.
Resource planning / allocation for all team members including co-ordination with System Engineering Leader and the other Regional Managers. Work with SE Leader to forecast and plan headcount. Use preferred tools (currently PFT and Resource Guru) to provide forecast data.
Conduct the mid-year and annual performance reviews for the team, assessing each team member's performance, skills, and career development potential.
Initial selection and first line interviews for new positions on the team.
Responsible for onboarding and training of new team members.
Ensure that the team meet project budgets, company expectations and deadlines through regular review and mentoring, and deliver solutions that meet the contractual functional and throughput requirements.
Where present, ensure Global Process and best practice are applied across all projects including all steps in Global Process map and quality gates. For all other areas, develop and use a standard EMEA approach with other Regional Managers.
Drive consistent issue management across projects using preferred punch list tool (currently Jira).
What are we looking for?
Proven experience in leadership position, with a strong track record of mentoring and guiding engineering teams.
Proficiency in coaching, mentoring, and fostering team skills.
Experience working within an industrial automation environment is highly preferred.
Exceptional communication skills, creativity, and strategic thinking.
Commercial awareness, decision-making abilities, and a strong focus on cost and quality.
Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Jira.
Having knowledge in computer software/network.
Proven ability to interpret technical drawings.
Full working proficiency in Lithuanian and English.
Willingness to travel internationally for up to 50%.
