Tasks and Qualifications:
This is what you will do in this role:
- Ensures fair and consistent accountability.
- Oversees transaction processing, which may include customer order entry, customer billing collections, and/or accounts payable.
- Handle escalated client issues to resolution with professionalism.
- Prepare regular reports on activity, aging reports, and other metrics for management.
- Support account reconciliation process and customer/supplier reconciliations
- Support Integration of current processes to the shared service environment
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Develop and maintain documentation for financial processes and procedures
- Monitor business volumes and adjust resources as needed
- Facilitates audits by providing records and documentation to auditors
What we are looking for:
- 3+ years of supervisory experience in a large multinational company
- Strong understanding of accounting and finance principles
- Strong analytical skills, ability to research issues in a complex accounting structure to resolve problems; detail-oriented, yet able to identify issues and grasp concepts at a broader level.
- Must be a highly motivated individual with the ability to multi-task while working with a variety of individuals in both team and self-directed environments.
- Ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbal, with all levels of management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Experience working in a shared service center environment.
- Fluency in Business English and Spanish
- Experience with SAP or equivalent ERP systems
- Microsoft Excel advanced user
- Ability to use a variety of software programs and tools to analyze and work with large data sets and accomplish tasks efficiently.
