Tasks and Qualifications:

Tasks:

• Taking over the preparation of quotations for modernization/expansion projects
• Project processing within the set deadline and budget framework, adherence to the quotation process, synchronization of external and internal milestones
• Elaboration and analysis of customer requirements (technical), concept creation in cooperation with the responsible department Instruction or support in the creation of drawings and/or creation of drawings by hand.
• Arrangement, preparation and implementation of customer workshops
• Preparation of technical and costing documents
• Specification, obtaining offers and support or calculation of all trades
• Supporting sales and sales managers in technical matters as well as supporting and coordinating the specialist departments involved
• Coordination with IT, electrical engineering, project management regarding commissioning procedures, performance acceptance, coordination regarding acceptance and ramp-up support

Qualifications

• Higher degree (industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, automation technology, business administration with a focus on logistics) or a comparable qualification
• Ideally project experience with strong cost, time and quality awareness
• Experience in the logistics sector desirable
• Good communication skills, able to work across functional levels and geographical boundaries
• Ability to work in a team, change and problem-solving skills as well as analytical working methods
• Constructive conflict management, high level of personal responsibility and assertiveness
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally
• Good command of written and spoken English and Spanish (other languages advantageous)
