Manager, Projects - (Hybrid)

What you will do:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and comprehend requirements for project planning. This includes defining the project scope, creating a work breakdown structure, and developing a resource matrix and project budget.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
- Manage relationships with stakeholders.
- Provide technical guidance and input to successfully complete strategic initiatives as it relates to timelines, and system requirements.
- Work with multiple teams to resolve escalated cases/issues.
- Ensure completeness of all required documentation from all parties.
- Document, recommend and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
What you will bring:
- 7 to 10 years experience managing projects.
- Project Management Professional designation or working towards preferred.
- Completion of post-secondary education in a related field.
- Advanced knowledge of MS apps, including Power Point, Word, Excel and MS Project.
- Knowledge of the insurance industry preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with stakeholders
- Experience with leading a team.
- Superior organizational and time management skills with experience handling multiple priorities and requests
- Highly focused with attention to detail and ability to collaborate well with others.
