Constant Contact is a fast growing and ambitious technology company looking for a smart, talented, and resourceful HRIS Analyst to join our People team.

The position is responsible for the planning, implementation and maintenance of People Ops systems, as well as being the point person on our reporting and analytics. You will work closely with our Business Partners, Operations, and Finance teams, along with other internal stakeholders. What you’ll do:

  • Manage data/analytics requests; assemble, analyze, and format data into reports for all levels of the business-lead projects as defined by leadership
  • Interpret complex data sets and communicate actionable insights effectively through compelling narratives
  • Develop both scheduled and ad-hoc reporting systems for HR functions and company-wide operations
  • Audit and maintain People systems in order to detect, troubleshoot and resolve issues in order to ensure integrity of data throughout the organization
  • Partner with key stakeholders to actively contribute to the advancement and refinement of our business intelligence tool.
  • Ensures the efficient and accurate integration of data files originating from our HR system to various third-party recipients. This includes data validation, transformation, and transmission, to guarantee smooth and reliable exchanges that meet the needs and standards of all stakeholders involved.
  • Evaluate systems needs and business requirements to make recommendations on improvements, as well as new systems and processes
  • Build and maintain system back ends - data tables, workflows, security, etc.
  • Provide expert-level support to end users, addressing and resolving ad-hoc system issues promptly and effectively.
  • Provide backup support for team members across a range of HR systems, ensuring seamless continuity and proficient operation during absences or high-demand periods.

Who you are:

  • 2-4 or more years of People Ops/HRIS/Analyst or equivalent experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field
  • Experience using the Workday product suite, Greenhouse, Cornerstone or ServiceNow preferred.
  • Strong background in using HR data and HRIS products desired and experience producing analytics containing sensitive information and high levels of accuracy
  • Expert level in Excel
  • Experience with Business Intelligence tools, i.e. Tableau, Domo, etc.
  • Excellent communications skills, verbal, written, and active listening to effectively communicate HR information to HR and non-HR individuals.
  • True sense of pride, ownership and a demonstrated willingness to go the extra mile
The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education and work location. In addition, some roles may be eligible for additional on target commission pay or bonus. The compensation package includes health and welfare benefits including paid leave.
