Technical Operations has an exciting opportunity for you if you strive to work in a motivating, dynamic, fast-paced environment as a Logistics Coordinator. We are looking for a responsible and passionate individual who will support the Wireless Field and Wireline Headend Network Operations teams in Ontario.

What you'll do:
This position involves two main components: (1) coordination of health and safety and (2) coordination of items and purchase orders supporting the technicians.
Health and Safety Coordination:
- Work closely with the corporate health and safety team to ensure that the teams adhere to the corporate health and safety training program.
- Arrange training by third-party providers and internal resources, coordinate technicians' attendance, and manage course payment and invoicing.
- Help organize, minute, and participate in regular health and safety meetings.
- Assist in implementing health and safety programs and events to promote a positive occupational health and safety culture.
- Communicate with decision-makers and workers to ensure health and safety legislation and regulations compliance.
- Help coordinate and participate in workplace audits and investigations of safety concerns, incidents, and accidents.
Project Coordination:
- Manage and process the internal team requests for phones, SIMs, and accessories.
- Help manage the responsibilities for the access and key program for the region.
- Process incoming purchase order requests using the team's internally developed Microsoft Power Platform tool into the corporate implemented purchasing systems.
- Support the team in improving the existing and creating new Microsoft Power Platform tools and internal processes.
What you bring:
- An understanding of relevant health and safety regulations and guidelines.
- Familiarity with terms and policies in the telecommunications industry.
- Microsoft Power Platform Certification or other equivalent Certification.
- Proficiency in Oracle and Oracle Cloud.
- Strong judgment and decision-making skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and manage tight timelines.
- Technical writing skills for reviewing and providing comments on documents or processes.
- Familiarity with project management and budgeting.

This is a hybrid work position and will require you to be in office three days per week. You can choose which days in office work best for you!
