The Role

Air Liquide's HR team is seeking two experienced Project Managers to lead the implementation of a new payroll system across Brazil and Argentina. This is a key role that involves transitioning from a legacy system to the Alight system for payroll activities while integrating Workday for HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

• To be responsible for the development of the product from all its perspectives, ensuring that the team is working collectively to build a good project;
• Act with stakeholders and manage their expectations, supporting decision-making and problem-solving;
• Represent the team in strategic meetings and position project decisions to stakeholders;
• Manage the activities of the product team, being able to manage more than one development team with the support of the Product Owner;
• Manage the backlog, through the construction of a strategic product roadmap;
• Establish the product strategy with clear delivery objectives;
• Validate suppliers suitable for product needs and customer expectations;
• Act with a total focus on providing customers with a great experience of innovative products and services that contribute to their satisfaction and the company's image;
• Drive operational improvements through R&D activities.
  
  

Requirements

• Proven experience in project management, specifically in payroll system implementation.
• Strong ability to manage project scope, deliverables, timelines, and stakeholder communication.
• Fluent in both the local language (Portuguese/Spanish) and English.
  
  

About The Role

• Full-time job - 40h/week.
• Independent Contractor.
• Availability to work in a hybrid model
