Key Responsibilities

• Understand the customer's needs and define how SAP will be used to meet the needs of business areas.
• Configure SAP, applied to specific functional areas of business.
• Transfer knowledge of systemic changes in their business area to key users.
• Document the proposed solution.
• Support and guide key users during testing cycles.
• Provide support to users post go-live as a way of supporting the transition and operation process.
• Develop and review functional specifications in their specialty.
• Act in testing activities in their specialty.
• Design and build scenario solutions with key users.
• Identify process failures and improvement opportunities.
• Conduct training and workshops in their areas of expertise.
• Be a technical reference for the team and clients.
  
  

Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience in the SAP WM.
• Availability to work on PST hours.
  
  

About The Role

• Full-time job - 40h/week.
• Independent Contractor.
