Who are we looking for?
We're looking for a Senior Advisor - Reliability Engineering to join our Asset Management team. This role can be based in Melbourne or Hobart with a focus in mining, manufacturing or resources across Australia.

Working with an energetic and high performing team, this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in:

• Using your expertise in the mining, manufacturing and resources industries to successfully complete infrastructure asset management projects using your knowledge of the sector and by maximising industry contacts.
• Build positive and lasting relationships in the market and internally within GHD.
• Act as a trusted advisor, using your experience and knowledge to advise on optimal courses of action and deliver an outstanding client service.
• Work collaboratively and effectively with team members to plan project resources and pursuits and deliver best in class solutions for our clients.
• Help clients to gain confidence that their projects are being well managed and in safe hands with you and GHD.

What you will bring to the team:

• Degree qualification in Engineering or a related discipline.
• Mining, manufacturing or resources industry experience in a recognised asset management, operations, contracting or consulting environment.
• Extensive experience in application of Reliability Engineering
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills backed by strategic problem-solving capabilities.
• Commercially astute with strong project delivery experience; deliver outstanding client experiences coupled with both technical and commercial performance on projects.
• Proactive, professional, collaborative and personable approach.
• Effective and proven business development, networking and client relationship management skills.
• Asset investment planning, demand analysis, and life cycle planning experience.
• A good understanding and application of ISO 55000 Series.
