Are you ready for an exciting opportunity? We’re looking for a People Services Support Administrator (French & English speaking) to join our dynamic People Services Team. In this role, you’ll play a crucial part in supporting the Talent Acquisition Regional Teams across the Americas. Your mission? To provide efficient and exceptional service to our internal clients, handling recruitment tasks, administrative responsibilities, and contributing to the overall success of GHD.

Working with an energetic and high performing team, this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in:
- Supporting talent acquisition queries for the Americas (Chile, United States and Canada)
- Create requisitions for new positions in GPS.
- Create Canva ads for job postings.
- Schedule interviews
- Screening candidates
- End-to-end recruitment processes
- Offer management.
- Solve tickets regarding Talent Acquisition queries.
What you will bring to the team:
- Fluency in both French and English is essential.
- Previous experience in talent acquisition or a related field is preferred but not a requirement.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong focus in service delivery
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work collaboratively with regional teams across different locations.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in recruitment processes.
