We have a great opportunity for an experienced Project Controller to join our Mining & Civil group and as part of a workshare team.
Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Assist the Project Manager and/or Project Team leads with managing all commercial and technical documents for the project.
- Efficiently implement processes and compliance as agreed. Ability to provide system reports.
- Assist in building the project documents, project details and schedules from the information provided by the project manager.
- Ensuring data integrity between project management and the design team
- Monitoring financial aspects of the project
- Coordinate with Project Director, Project Manager, and different discipline managers within the project and ensure that all accomplishments are up to date
- Production of status reports.
- Assist in the building of the project details and schedules from the information provided by the project manager.
- Reporting on project cost overrun
What you will bring to the team:
- 3-4 years experience in cost management and controls, and worked in a consultancy firm
- Intermediate / Advanced level of skills in MS Excel, PowerBi, and other MS Office applications
- Intermediate / Advanced level of skills in MS Project and Primavera P6
- Experience in setting up projects, monitoring earned value and communicating with the project manager/team
- Data analysis and Presentation skills would be advantageous
This job offer can be based either in Makati, Quezon City or Cebu, depending on your home base/location.
Candidates must be a Filipino citizen or have the right to work in the Philippines.
